• Interpret and apply engineering standards, state and federal regulations, and industry codes
• Maintain the region's risk register and implement risk-reducing initiatives
• Coordinate with various internal departments and project teams to ensure seamless project integration
• Provide 24-hour emergency response and operations call-out support
• Lead and coach staff to promote a safety culture and operational reliability

• Related university degree and seven-plus years of experience, or nine-plus years of field operations experience
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in pipeline operations
• Proven ability to initiate and manage change effectively
• Experience with operations and maintenance of liquid pipeline systems
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering preferred

• Experience advocating for improvements within an organization
• Familiarity with regulatory audits and initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Innovative thinking and strategic planning capabilities
