We are seeking a
** highly motivated Solutions Engineer
** to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in
** Access Technologies including PON and Carrier Ethernet
** to support the Nordic Sales Team and drive technical excellence in customer engagements.
** Optical Networking** (WDM, Fiber Monitoring) experience is a strong advantage.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Act as the technical expert for mainly Access networking solutions, supporting sales initiatives and strategic accounts. Optical networking
* Communicate market trends, customer requirements, and feature requests to internal teams.
* Lead the technical aspects of major bids and tenders, collaborating closely with strategic customers, Product Line Management, and Business Development.
* Manage the RFX process and assist Key Account Managers with Win/Loss analysis, including documentation and tools.
* Provide direct technical support for major accounts and channel opportunities.
* Deliver customer demonstrations, trials, evaluations, and first installs in partnership with Customer Services.
* Offer technical consulting on network design, optimization, planning, and training for customers and the sales team.
** Knowledge, skills and experience required
*** Good science / engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
* In-depth knowledge of Access network solutions. Transmission network knowledge is a strong advantage
* Experience with network providers, data centre, or telco / router equipment supplier area
* Fluent in English skills, both spoken and written – other languages are appreciated as well
* Robust personality and attitude essential
* Must have considerable presentation and meeting management experience
