• 5 or more years of experience in electrical and mechanical field service or industrial maintenance, with essential skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PLC and VFD systems is required for this position

• Participating in product installations, start‑ups and repairs at the customer site and/or on the telephone
• Supporting customers at the customer site and on the telephone
• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Traveling 65‑75% travel to domestic locations as well as France, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and/or Canada

• A 2 year degree in an electrical or maintenance related area or equivalent
• 5+ years of electrical field service, mechanical field service and/or industrial maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives
• Ability to do up to 75% domestic and international travel via airplane and automobile
• Possess a valid passport and a valid drivers license
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
