Location:
Nationwide (Remote-Based)
Travel:
Up to 80% (Regional, National, and International) in some cases for extended periods of time.

If you enjoy working hands‑on with complex machinery, solving problems on the spot, and traveling to exciting locations – we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair robotic packaging equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance, audits, retrofits, and training sessions
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC control systems (including servo drives and VFDs)
- Ensure top‑tier service delivery by meeting response times, first‑time fix rates, and customer satisfaction goals
- Accurately document all service activities, reports, and follow‑ups
- Provide feedback on equipment reliability and contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with international U2 Robotics USA partner companies and participate in cross‑training opportunities
- Strong robotics, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and documentation
- Experience with PLC systems (basic programming and troubleshooting)
- Proficiency with servo motor systems, VFD parameter setup, and control systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in automation and robotics
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or related technical field
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in servicing capital packaging and robotic equipment in industrial environments
- Familiarity with safety standards for Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 80%) domestically and internationally
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Bonus:
