In this vital role, you will analyze real-world manufacturing practices, develop clear and effective work instructions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational clarity and compliance. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least three years of engineering experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in process optimization and lifecycle documentation

• Experience with software-based documentation tools
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• Video/photo documentation skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum three years’ manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment

• Ability to work on the shop floor, with occasional work from home
• Willingness to document processes using photos, videos, and software tools
• Flexibility for a temporary role of at least six months
