We are searching for an experienced MEP (BIM) Coordinator to join our mission‑critical team. This position can be based anywhere in the US with access to a major airport and will involve both remote work and travel to job sites.

• Pre‑Construction Phase:
  Fully remote
• Construction Phase:
  Onsite required 3‑4 days every 2‑3 weeks. All travel expenses will be reimbursed.

• Lead MEP coordination using BIM/Virtual Construction tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Drive system integration by resolving clashes, facilitating design reviews, and collaborating across teams.
• Conduct BIM clash detection and resolution to optimize MEP layouts.
• Oversee project schedules, design‑build budgets, and documentation for all MEP scopes.
• Manage bid processes, develop scope sheets for MEP systems, and evaluate trade partner deliverables.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on MEP and BIM‑related issues.
• Facilitate regular coordination meetings with project stakeholders and develop presentations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee and coordinate the start‑up and commissioning process, including participation in planning and execution.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent trade experience.
• 3+ years of MEP coordination experience, ideally on mission‑critical/data center projects.
• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; exposure to BIM 360 or ACC is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MEP system installation and sequencing.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover of large‑scale MEP systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
