Take charge of exciting responsibilities that include:

• Crafting engineering design calculations and construction plans for residential, commercial, and roadway developments, covering site grading, stormwater, utility design, and detailed reports.
• Conducting code reviews, entitlements, and comprehensive due diligence research.
• Creating plans with finesse using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• 7-15 years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Expertise with ICPR, Water
  
  CAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• A proven understanding of stormwater, utility design, and land development.
• Familiarity with the permitting process, codes, and criteria.
• A track record in preparing construction plans and reports.
• Preferred experience in Florida land development projects.
• A BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Preferred licensure as a Professional Engineer in Florida.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A team-oriented mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• A valid Florida Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Land development permitting expertise.
