We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Global Department and Strategic System Programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. This role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive executive‑level Microsoft Project Schedule that aggregates multiple detailed technology maturation and developmental test schedules to facilitate an overarching view of major work streams across projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed level 4 Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that reflect project timelines, milestones, and critical paths spanning multiple vendor’s prototyping efforts.
- Develop complex master schedules to provide a consolidated view of an entire project or portfolio.
- Ensure integration and alignment of schedules across multiple technology maturation and developmental testing efforts.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to collect scheduling data, validate integration points, and update project schedules as needed.
- Participate in schedule risk analysis and propose mitigations and solutions to address potential schedule conflicts and delays.
- Provide regular schedule status updates, progress reports, and variance analysis to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Utilize advanced scheduling tools and techniques to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate schedule reviews and technical interchange meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and schedule adherence is maintained.
- Ensure schedules are compliant with DoD and NSWC standards and regulations.
- Support project planning and control efforts by providing scheduling inputs and analysis for resource allocation and project cost estimates.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant scheduling experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the defense industry.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Milestone Pro is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and regulations.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
- Experience working within or in partnership with DoD programs (Navy or SSP Program experience preferred).
- Exposure to advanced technology development and test programs.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
