Senior Program Specialist - Remote in Manitoba

• Design, implement, and manage energy efficiency and demand‐side management programs
• Oversee program performance, including financial management and quality assurance

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy program management, or consulting for utilities or public agencies
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel, and familiarity with project management platforms

• Experience with HVAC, lighting, building automation, EV infrastructure, or agricultural energy systems
• Industry certifications such as PMP, CEM, BPI, LEED‑AP, or Six Sigma
• Strong client‑facing, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices and energy codes
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
