Planner – Infrastructure Consents team, Leeds (remote available).

Based in Leeds, UK. Occasional office visits; remote work with occasional visits; willing to travel throughout the UK.

Build the world you want to live in with a career in the infrastructure property sector. Carter Jonas’ Infrastructure Consents team is growing fast and works on national‑scale projects across rail, road, energy, high‑voltage transmission, and renewable infrastructure.

• Advising on planning consent regimes such as DCOs, TWAOs, Section 36 and TCPA projects.
• Preparing and submitting applications for NSIPs across various project sectors.
• Managing large, complex project teams and coordinating between stakeholders.
• Advancing renewable energy initiatives and supporting the UK’s clean‑energy ambitions.

• Qualified planner with experience of the Planning Act 2008 procedures.
• Experience of NSIP and/or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and large‑scale project management.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the UK.
