The RoleWorking as an Electrical Module Design Release Engineer (DRE) can provide one with a strong foundation of leadership skills.
The Electrical Module HW DRE is responsible for definition of requirements, execution of design, analysis, development, testing and management of engineering projects for Electrical Module Components where creativity, initiative and independent judgment are involved. Additionally, the Electrical Module DRE provides technical direction over a Product Development Team consisting of engineers and engineering support personnel.
Responsible for the technical project management and design release of a wireless charging system. This includes managing supplier timing; running PDT meetings; issue investigation and resolution; ensuring part deliveries to benches, vehicle retrofits, and assembly plants.
