• Project Leadership:
  Lead and manage engineering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Client Engagement:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and acting as the main point of contact throughout each project lifecycle.
• Site Visits and Inspections:
  Travel to client sites across the country to oversee project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Resource and Team Management:
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams, allocating resources effectively and ensuring team alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement strategies to optimize engineering processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs without compromising quality.
• Budget Management:

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field). Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Experience in client-facing roles is strongly preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle management, and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a proactive approach to project management and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and team collaboration effectively.
  • High adaptability, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

• Travel Requirements:
