Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Engineering to lead our engineering teams and drive our product development efforts. As the Head of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology and product strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, market-leading mobile app solutions. Working alongside our product coordination, ownership, and management teams, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire product development process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and vision, setting the direction for the engineering teams to achieve our product goals and meet customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled engineers and technical professionals, fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring the delivery of scalable, robust, and high-quality mobile app solutions.
• Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product coordinators, owners, and managers to align engineering efforts with product strategy, ensuring successful product launches.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance, including testing, code reviews, and architectural design to maintain the highest standards.
• Drive initiatives to enhance app performance and scalability, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Manage engineering budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize costs without compromising quality.

• Proven leadership in managing engineering teams for successful product development.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Agile methodologies for on-time product delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional product management skills, including multi-product management.

• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
