• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during air traffic controller training exercises
• Simulate pilot actions and communication in response to student commands
• Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
• Complete required certifications for classroom and lab performance as a Remote Pilot Operator
• Collaborate with a team of multimedia developers, quality assurance personnel, and subject matter experts

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
• Clear verbal communication skills to convey information effectively
• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

• Experience and certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Working knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Basic familiarity with pilot/controller communications or phraseology
• Effective team-building skills
