• Advanced knowledge of commonly used equipment, practices, procedures, and concepts in a particular field
• May require specific nuclear reactor plant maintenance qualification training and certification
• Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies/programs as required for specific roles
• Good communication skills to comprehend, follow directions, and convey detailed technical data
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, vendors, and customers

You may have also acquired the following skills:

• NDE experience in the nuclear industry as a Level II or Level III
• Ability to lead IVVI jobs in both BWR and PWRs
• Preparation of procedures, examinations, scan plans, and final reports
• Extensive knowledge of ASME code and nuclear industry regulatory requirements associated with NDE (MRP-227, BWRVIP)

As an NDE VT Technician with Level III Certifications in Lynchburg, VA or Charlotte, NC (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the NDE Solutions Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit.

Your work will include:

• Perform as a Level III in preparations, execution, and closeout of upcoming field projects
• Provide technical support and project oversight for IVVI jobs
• Participate in NDE specific ready-to-execute checks of field equipment
• Perform training for Level III's and Camera Handlers
• Assist in updating procedures and examinations

The range of base salary for this position is between $124,000 and $170,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
