• Leadership & Team Development:

  Work with peers, Group Managers, and Service Group team members to drive budget management, technical direction, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a transportation/structures emphasis (Master’s degree a plus+).
• State of West Virginia Professional Engineering license.
• 10+ years of project experience in bridge design and/or bridge inspection and load rating.
• Knowledge of WVDOH and PENNDOT bridge design standards, manuals and procedures.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, AISC, PCI, ACI and other related design codes.
• Working knowledge of Open Bridge / Open Roads, Microstation, AutoCAD Civil 3D;
  Microsoft Office Suite and various structural software programs.
• Client‑focused leader and team player with strong budgeting, communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
