Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Development:
Coach, lead, and inspire team members to reinforce a culture of ownership, engagement, and professional growth. - Project & Resource Management:
Drive superior project execution, cross‑service collaboration, and workload prioritization while monitoring project budgets and utilization. - Client Relations:
Support efforts to maintain long‑term client partnerships by delivering high‑quality service and ensuring client satisfaction. - Strategic
Collaboration:
Work with peers, Group Managers, and Service Group team members to drive budget management, technical direction, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a transportation/structures emphasis (Master’s degree a plus+).
- State of West Virginia Professional Engineering license.
- 10+ years of project experience in bridge design and/or bridge inspection and load rating.
- Knowledge of WVDOH and PENNDOT bridge design standards, manuals and procedures.
- Knowledge of AASHTO, AISC, PCI, ACI and other related design codes.
- Working knowledge of Open Bridge / Open Roads, Microstation, AutoCAD Civil 3D;
Microsoft Office Suite and various structural software programs. - Client‑focused leader and team player with strong budgeting, communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
