Job DescriptionThis position is in the Precision Genomics St. Louis Production Sample Processing lab. The candidate will work collaboratively with a large production team of Full Time Employees (FTEs) and contractors to deliver daily and weekly genotyping targets under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include operating manual and automated lab processes in a PCR lab. Additional tasks may include sample prep, PCR, lab stocking, and supply upkeep.
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday Day Shift (approx. 7am-3pm)
This role is 100% on-site (no hybrid or remote work)
* Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Desired Skills:
Experience:
Handling large sample volumes (2+ million/year) with fast turnaround. Experience with large-scale sample management or fast-paced environments (retail, food service) is a plus. Experience with LIMS is beneficial.
