The role requires leadership in managing a design team and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have 5–10 years of related experience, particularly with rotating equipment. Knowledge of ASME codes and proficiency in engineering software is also essential.
