Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a full-time Estimating Coordinator to create accurate estimates for HVAC installation projects in the Independence, Kentucky area. The position pays a competitive wage of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
, depending on experience.

The full-time schedule is typically 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM at our Independence, KY office.

• Analyze blueprints, CAD drawings, and load calculations to determine material and labor needs.
• Create accurate HVAC installation cost estimates and share results with relevant parties.
• Communicate with estimators, managers, and sales reps to refine project estimates.
• Ensure fair compensation for the company’s work by providing detailed cost analyses.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Experience with CAD is a plus.

• Excellent problem solver with strong critical‑thinking and analytical skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self‑sufficient, highly motivated, and eager to work from home when appropriate.
