Entry-Level MRB Engineer - GE

An Entry‑Level MRB Engineer opportunity in Lynn, MA is currently available s is a full‑time, direct opportunity with benefits. To be considered for this role, you will have a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

The main function of a MRB engineer is to determine the acceptability or repairability of gas turbine engine parts with nonconformances created during the manufacturing process. This function is completed in a Belcan office remote from the manufacturing floor. No consideration will be given to remote work regardless of location.

• Interpret engineering drawings
• Provide substantiate summaries of nonconforming gas turbine parts to demonstrate acceptability or repairability of parts
• Follow quality and technical processes to ensure deliverables are delivered as expected
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates on tasks
• Properly engage mentors and trained engineers to resolve any lack of understanding

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

• Knowledge or familiarity of GD&T
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communicative skills
• Customer service mindset
• Experience or familiarity with lathes, mills, grinders, welding

This position offers a salary range of $68,640 - $72,800. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
