The Wireless Systems Engineer implements effective infrastructure solutions and will be responsible for planning, designing, and supporting deployment efforts for our clients. The role involves project‑based assignments including proof‑of‑concept, analysis, design/architecture, deployment, and support. This is a remote role but will involve travel to customer sites across the United States.

• Perform wireless surveys using Ekahau Wireless Survey Software.
• Conduct surveys in warehouses, production facilities, hospitals, arenas, stadiums, outdoor campuses, etc.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to wireless.
• Use a spectrum analyzer to analyze collected RF data and determine cell boundaries.
• Participate in client projects intended to continually improve or upgrade wireless infrastructures.
• Manage multiple wireless projects.
• Apply knowledge of Cisco and Aruba wireless technologies.
• Implement Cisco and Aruba wireless networking solutions.
• Create technical design documents and implementation plans.

• Experience with the following wireless technologies:
  • Wireless encryption and ciphers, Cisco Hyperlocation, RTLS, MESH, Point‑to‑Point, BLE, Autonomous access points.
• 1+ years’ experience with wireless survey and design.
• 1+ years’ experience designing and deploying wireless network solutions.
• Understanding of wireless voice and data solutions.
• Ability to give technical direction and oversight to survey teams.
• Ability to author full site survey reports using Visio and Microsoft Word.
• Skill in monitoring ongoing progress and making recommendations for improvement in efficiency.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $110,000–$130,000.
