Wir suchen Sie als Retrofit and MRO Fertigungstechnik (m/w/d) in Manching.

The main workload of this job position is on Manching but Wunstorf and Langenhagen support activities are also included. These activities are enclosed within a big organization covering all retrofit sites (Seville, Turkey, Getafe, Manching) and maintenance slots. INNOVATIONand digitalization: as business strategy, collaborate and support with Performance and Improvement and Innovation teams,deploying in the shop floor technological changes. The jobholder works as anA
400M Retrofit and MRO Manufacturing Engineering(f/m/d) and the main tasks are:
Technical Support:

• Responsible of technical support of the A/C events
• Technical focal point with AMTAC/Engineering and CAMO
• Service Request creation and follow up
• Industrial impact/feasibility analysis of the repair/technical solutions
• Technical concurrence with Engineering for repair processes
• Definition and optimization of manufacturing processes taking into account technical and economic aspects
• Interaction with all manufacturing and support areas including finance, customer and program management office
• Lead future-oriented projects

Industrialization:

• Responsible of industrialization and support to prepare the incoming A/C events to ensure a good transfer when A/C event starts.
• Creation and maintenance neutral plan in the systems: structure, routes, work orders
• Stablish Configuration Control methodology
• Stablish Neutral Build Process for Retrofit, Maintenance and Upgrades
• Definition and optimization of manufacturing processes taking into account technical and economic aspects
• Interaction with all manufacturing and support areas including finance, customer and program management office
• Lead future-oriented projects

(Aufgaben stellung in Englisch, da Projektsprache) Lebensläufe sind in englischer Sprache erforderlich.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, in der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Gute Erfahrungen in der Flugzeugwartung und im technischen Support sind erforderlich
• Idealerweise sind Kenntnisse über das A400M-Flugzeug vorhanden
• Solide Kenntnisse in der Fertigung / Fertigungstechnik sind erforderlich
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit in internationalen Umgebungen/Teams ist ein Plus
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, SAP-Kenntnisse wären ein Plus
• Kenntnisse der A400M TOOLS (OPAL, DOGS, AIRN@V) sind wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten zur Fehlersuche
• Zuverlässigkeit und Hingabe für die Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
