What You’ll Do :

Lead & Innovate – Take charge of multiple projects, overseeing site development plans, infrastructure design, and client coordination.

Shape Communities – Design water, sewer, and storm drainage systems that support residential and commercial developments.

Drive Excellence – Ensure project success by managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical execution.

Build Relationships – Serve as a trusted consultant for clients, collaborating closely to bring their visions to life.

What You Bring to the Table :

P.E. License & Civil Engineering Degree – You’re a licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

5+ Years of Experience – Proven expertise in civil site design, project management, and infrastructure planning.

Residential & Commercial Know-How – Strong background in designing residential communities and working with private clients.

Tech Savvy – Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (or a willingness to learn).

Business Acumen – A strategic mindset with experience developing project scopes, proposals, and budgets.

Leadership & Communication – The ability to manage teams, engage clients, and communicate complex ideas with ease.
