• Design HVAC and plumbing systems for a diverse range of building types.
• Produce high‑quality plans, schematics, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layout.
• Collaborate with associates, clients, and project managers from kickoff through closeout.
• Attend client and project meetings as a representative of the mechanical team.
• Travel to sites nationwide for surveys, field verification, and documentation.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and completed on schedule.

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical (HVAC/plumbing) design or drafting.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of NEC basics, circuiting, panel schedules, and lighting layouts.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

• EIT certification or actively pursuing it.
• Willingness to travel for project surveys.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Confident verbal communication and client‑facing ability.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Contract position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
