What You’ll Do- Design HVAC and plumbing systems for a diverse range of building types.
- Produce high‑quality plans, schematics, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layout.
- Collaborate with associates, clients, and project managers from kickoff through closeout.
- Attend client and project meetings as a representative of the mechanical team.
- Travel to sites nationwide for surveys, field verification, and documentation.
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and completed on schedule.
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical (HVAC/plumbing) design or drafting.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of NEC basics, circuiting, panel schedules, and lighting layouts.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- EIT certification or actively pursuing it.
- Willingness to travel for project surveys.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Confident verbal communication and client‑facing ability.
- Proven analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Choose a schedule that works for you: 8–5 or 8:30–5:30.

Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
