Job DescriptionCurrently seeking a MBS Steel Detailer with experience detailing PEMB, structural steel, and miscellaneous metal products. The ideal candidate will be able to create detailed fabrication drawings for structural steel components from architectural and structural design plans. Experience using 2D and 3D designing software is highly preferred. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of detailing design standards and guidelines for AISC steel construction.
Minimum Qualifications- Knowledge of AISC steel construction detailing design standards and guidelines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer - Excel, e-mail and internet applications, PDF and image management software
- MBS, Solidworks, Tekla, or AutoCAD experience preferred
