Salary Range:
Based on relevant experience, education, and certifications

• 2+ years: $80,000+
• 5+ years: $105,000+
• Please note these ranges vary depending on the specific opportunity, experience, and other factors

Security Clearance Requirement:
Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance

• Work as a highly motivated, team-oriented Systems Engineer focused on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in support of Navy and DoD weapon system development, integration, and evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver systems engineering products that enable rapid delivery of acquisition program end-items
• Develop and apply MBSE practices, techniques, and tools to systems design and integration
• Utilize model-based system engineering tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Magic Draw, and Enterprise Architect
• Contribute to research, development, or test and evaluation related to systems and weapons implementation
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Navy and/or DoD weapon system development and integration
• Collaborate with government and contractor personnel in multi-disciplinary teams
• Develop systems engineering products to support acquisition program delivery
• Plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate highly technical products across multiple organizations

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Experience in MBSE and related tools and practices
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance

Preferred candidate would possess an active DoD Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
