Physical Design Engineer

You’ll own the full project lifecycle from inception to tapeout, collaborating with customers and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance semiconductor solutions across multiple emerging technologies.
Requirements:- BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 5 years physical design experience
- Strong ASIC physical design and SoC development (28nm/16nm)
- Proficient in ICC2/Innovus and scripting (Perl/Tcl/Python)
- Experience with full project lifecycle from inception to tapeout
- Knowledge of STA, power analysis, and physical verification
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Multiple successful tapeouts with broad, detailed responsibilities
- Small company/startup environment experience preferred
- Competitive salary $170,000 – $220,000 annually
