EMCS has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced transportation engineer/designer to join our team. This role can be based out of our Madison or Milwaukee office. Responsibilities- Be involved as an experienced transportation engineer/designer on a variety of design projects.
- Collaborate in a team environment and contribute to the design of freeways, urban and rural roadways, complete streets/bicycle/pedestrian improvements, multi-use paths, and developments.
- AS or BS in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in the civil engineering field
- Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin a plus
- Previous experience on transportation projects (WisDOT experience a plus)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Micro Station
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Valid driver’s license
