HVAC Engineer

HVAC PE Engineer – Fully Remote (local requirement)

Base pay: $95,000 – $120,000 per year. Permanent, full‑time.

• Design, develop, and engineer high‑quality HVAC and MEP systems.
• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and simulation of HVAC systems.
• Calculate heating and cooling loads with industry software.
• Conduct HVAC system conceptual design, including equipment selection and system sizing.
• Prepare technical specifications and drawings for tender and construction.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems into the overall building design.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Ensure all HVAC systems are compliant with safety regulations and sustainable design principles.
• Provide troubleshooting and repair support for existing HVAC installations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest HVAC techniques and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and engineering.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and experience with complex transactions.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
• In‑depth understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Certified HVAC Engineer (Professional Engineer or equivalent) is preferred.
