• Provide engineering technical support for Power Secure Micro Grid equipment including switch gear and generators
• Serve as a liaison to engineering groups for field troubleshooting, start-up, and commissioning issues
• Communicate open action items and assist in the development of engineering change notices and technical troubleshooting guidelines
• Troubleshoot complex projects and provide technical assistance for Power Gen and switch gear products
• Ensure customer satisfaction by escalating issues that threaten project quality or schedules

• 6+ years of commercial/industrial experience with generators, ATS/switch gear, and paralleling control systems
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical and mechanical schematics
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to troubleshoot switch gear and Power Gen equipment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• NFPA 70 ARC Flash Certification
• Commissioning and field experience
• Experience with programming logic controllers (PLC) and various generator controllers
• Familiarity with protective relays and low-voltage/medium-voltage switch gear
• Ability to operate digital equipment and troubleshoot complex systems
