Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking Senior Electrical Field Service Representatives to join our teams in Kennewick, WA and Boise,  role offers a company vehicle, guaranteed 40‑hour paid week, and 50% travel across Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Oregon. Relocation assistance is available.

Expected annual salary range: $82,500 – $121,000 per year (general guideline; actual salary is based on skills, experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations).
The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work variable hours including nights & weekends, travel within the territory, and, if required, a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). qualification and compliance with all DOT regulatory requirements.

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning support, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
• Utilize digital tools for remote work, including laptops, iPads, IR cameras, Google Glasses, MS Teams, and more.

• Complete and maintain compliance with Eaton’s safety program and policy, including QEW program and required annual re‑certifications.
• Submit to periodic customer‑required background and drug screenings.
• Maintain a valid TWIC card and, if required, obtain and maintain a DOT non‑CDL qualification.
• Understand 3‑phase power systems and low, medium, and high voltage power distribution equipment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks: standing, walking, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and handling up to 50 pounds (occasionally more with assistance). May require driving extended distances, working in extreme weather, and operating in sites with poor lighting, ventilation, dust, or high noise levels.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for equipment assembly.
• Strong problem‑solving and logical thinking skills.
• Work well under time constraints and in stressful situations.
• Explain technical problems and solutions clearly.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet project deadlines.

• High school diploma or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems, OR in lieu of HS diploma or GED, completion of an accredited trade school and/or program with 7 or more years of experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
• Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Previous electrical testing experience.
• Electrical or General Contractor’s license.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Experience performing power quality measurements, troubleshooting, and analysis, as well as protective relays.
• NICET/NETA certification.
