• Lead collaborations with cross-functional partners to establish internal emissions reduction targets and develop strategies for data centers
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformational decarbonization solutions based on technical, financial, and supply chain criteria
• Implement GHG reduction programs aligned with corporate strategies through partnerships with various teams
• Communicate program progress internally and develop materials for executive communications
• Manage projects from conception to implementation while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Architecture, Sustainability, or Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience related to decarbonization and/or Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs)
• Proven experience driving GHG reduction projects within a company's operations or value chain
• Strong background in managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Sustainability Management, Environmental Science)
• Experience in decarbonization strategies for large‑scale, mission‑critical facilities
• Familiarity with data center design and construction
