• Interpret and apply engineering standards, regulations, and industry codes
• Maintain the region risk register and implement risk‑reducing initiatives
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless project integration impacting operations
• Provide technical SME support and participate in regulatory audits
• Support emergency response activities and provide 24‑hour operations call‑out support

• Related university degree and seven-plus years of experience, or nine-plus years of field operations experience
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience in Pipeline Operations
• Proven ability to manage change and promote improvements
• Experience with operations and maintenance of a liquid pipeline system
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred

• Experience in advocating for improvements and working collaboratively at all organizational levels
• Knowledge of organization and hierarchy in the pipeline industry
