As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll take strategic ownership of full-cycle wastewater engineering projects—from client engagement through design, installation, commissioning, and startup. The Senior Project Engineer is a key technical leader within our Wastewater Solutions Division, responsible for managing and engineering high‑impact projects across the Food & Beverage sector. You will drive the design of customized treatment systems, mentor junior engineers, and ensure timely delivery within budget and compliance standards.

• Lead process engineering and project management activities for large‑scale wastewater treatment and water reclamation projects
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables
• Design comprehensive treatment systems using advanced technologies, including:
  • Anaerobic digestion
  • Membrane bioreactors (M )
  • Dissolved air flotation (DAF)
  • Nutrient reduction (biological/chemical)
  • Biogas recovery and water reuse systems
• Conduct feasibility studies, budget development, permitting documentation, and regulatory alignment
• Ensure quality engineering deliverables through detailed design, AutoCAD/3D modeling, and process documentation
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering growth through hands‑on guidance and technical leadership
• Oversee project scheduling, cost control, and risk management strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or equivalent
• 10+ Years of wastewater treatment engineering and/or design
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary engineering projects and teams
• Deep understanding of biological, chemical, and physical wastewater treatment processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and project tracking tools
