We are proactively seeking upcoming Civil Engineering graduates. At HRG

• Work closely with Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s) in design/drafting capacity.
• Perform basic calculations.
• Conduct on-site construction observation of work in progress.
• Prepare plans and profile drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Review project design manual(s) for specification requirements.
• Assist in preparation of drainage, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, and other reports required for project permits and approvals.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (or related field), preferably from an ABET-accredited program.
• E.I.T. certification preferred.
• 0 to 2 years’ experience may include:
  Subdivision, Municipal Engineering, Stormwater Management, Water Distribution and Treatment Systems, Wastewater Collection, Conveyance, and Treatment Systems Processes, Hydraulics, On-Lot Systems, Environmental Assessment, Traffic Signalization, Traffic studies and analyses, Intersection improvements, Parking Facilities, Highway, and Roadway Safety Design.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience/knowledge is a plus.
• Previous internship with a consulting engineering firm preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays.
• Valid US Driver’s License is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
