• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex RFID installation projects
• Oversee antenna and network infrastructure installation, managing multidisciplinary teams
• Assist in proposal development by creating bases of estimate, materials, and direct costs
• Ensure quality assurance and promote team accountability throughout project phases
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge to foster growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFID, wireless communications, RF systems, RF propagation, or signal processing
• Demonstrated expertise in RF engineering and problem‑solving
• Strong communication skills and experience in technical documentation
• Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and lead project planning and integration efforts

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Active U.S. Government issued Secret Security Clearance
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Previous leadership and research experience in RF systems or specialty engineering
