We are seeking RPV Pilots to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Job# TI1472

TechINT Solutions Group is looking for motivated individuals to operate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) remotely piloted vehicles (RPVs), ground stations, and payloads. Responsibilities include gathering intelligence for mission planning, building and fabricating COTS remote-controlled vehicles, and configuring flight controllers for waypoint missions.

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience instructing large groups of personnel in a military environment.
• Experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft, including hobbyist UAS experience.
• Must obtain a Certified FAA UAS PART 107 Pilot License.
• Experience with all RPV types (land, air, sea) and ability to design/fabricate with limited instructions or pre-built kits.
• Ability to research emerging RPV technologies, describe their advantages, and assess their impact on DoD capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and automation tools supporting analytical efforts.
• Ability to work independently and interact with various organizations and military units.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Junior Level

• BA/BS with 0-3 years experience or
• Associates degree plus 4 years experience (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree).
• No degree with 6 years experience (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree).

Journeyman Level

• BA/BS with 3-10 years experience or
• Associates degree plus 4 years experience (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree).
• No degree with 6 years experience (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree).

• Extensive experience with Group 2+/3 UAS, specifically Penguin B and Penguin C platforms.
• Manned pilot experience.
• Ability to interpret aeronautical charts.
• Experience with air traffic control communication and coordination.
• Knowledge of UAS components and flight control software such as Pix Hawk, Dragon Link, RC Transmitters, Mission Planner, etc.
