responsibilities:

Review and Analysis: Thoroughly examine and comprehend existing high-level,
3D model-based manufacturing instructions for a key aerospace component.

Instruction Optimization: Implement documented engineering changes and updates into the existing instruction set, ensuring full compliance and accuracy.

Process Refinement: Strategically split and reorganize complex manufacturing instructions into smaller, more manageable work packages designed to be completed within a single shift (less than one day), significantly improving production efficiency.

Documentation Generation: Develop, author, and rigorously review new, standardized work instruction documentation that is clear, accurate, and readily usable by the production floor.

qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer or in an equivalent technical role within a relevant industry.

CAD Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise with NX CAD or a comparable 3D CAD system (e.g., Catia, Solid Works) for reviewing models and generating documentation.
