We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer who will play a significant role in Healthcare Projects. The ideal candidate will be heavily involved in production-focused activities and must be proficient in Revit. This position requires collaboration with a team of engineers to ensure project success.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and commitments.
• Maintain and improve all aspects of engineering design and production.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to define and fulfill the scope of work.
• Review drawings and specifications during all phases of design.
• Research and interpret applicable codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively across all aspects of the team and project.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience in Healthcare design.

• Licensed or pursuing licensure.

The work environment consists of a three-floor building with Business Administration on the main floor, architects on the second floor, and engineers on the third floor. The space is designed with cubicles but maintains an open layout to encourage collaboration. The schedule offers flexibility with a mix of in-office and remote work:
Monday (in-office), Tuesday (remote), Wednesday (in-office), Thursday (in-office for the first half, remote for the second half), and Friday (half-day if 40 hours are completed). The company is involved in 90% Healthcare Projects nationwide, providing stability and a steady flow of new projects.

This is a hybrid position in Kalamazoo, MI.

The pay range for this position is $36.06 – $43.27/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
