We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with experience in site design and a strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. The ideal candidate will have a background in land development and a proven ability to perform site geometric design, grading, stormwater calculations, and plan production.

• Perform site geometric design, grading, stormwater calculations, and plan production utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Manage projects by effectively communicating with clients, governing bodies, and team members to take a project from start to finish in the design phase.

• Coordinate and perform all drafting efforts on projects.

• Ensure that drawings and designs adhere to company production and design standards.

• Produce designs and provide training in design to team members.

• Interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.

• EIT certification with at least 1 year of experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Familiarity with submittal schedules and timelines for civil-site design projects.

• Experience in land development.

• Experience with project management.

This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, TN.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 – $75000.00/yr.

Ensure that drawings and designs are in accordance with company production and design standards. ability to produce as well as train folks in design

This is a fully onsite position in Franklin,TN.
