Professional Land Surveyor

We are seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) for remote roles. Candidates MUST be licensed in at least ONE of the following states:
Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. You will manage construction survey projects, prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, boundary adjustments, and more.

• Manage construction survey projects.
• Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Create legal descriptions and boundary adjustments.
• Oversee project documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with a team of surveyors distributed across various states.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional land surveying.
• Proficiency in construction project management, ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, and legal exhibits.
• Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in WA, OR, or .
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Experience with CAD is a plus.
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test.

This position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work fully remote, in-person, or in a hybrid model depending on preference. This is a Permanent position based out of Federal Way, WA.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 – $150000.00/yr.
