What Will You Do?

* Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and procurement depts. to deliver the project to customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.

* Monitor project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, taking into consideration lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.

* Manage the entire project life cycle:

* Project Planning:

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

* Execution & Monitoring:

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.

Track project milestones and deliverables.

Identify and mitigate risks.

* Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.

* Resource Management:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

* Reporting:

Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations.

Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Coordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.

Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to scope defined in kick off meeting.

This is a Hybrid position, 4 days onsite, one day working from home.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

* Sitting for long periods of time working on a computer /talking over the phone

* Ability to go to customer worksite if need be.

* Standing for long periods of time

Your Experience Should Be...

* Bachelor's degree in business/engineering preferred.

* 5 + years of project management experience

* Working knowledge of packaged portable, industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc.

* Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.
