The base salary range for the tagged location is $51,900.00 to $. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

About the role you're considering

As a Supplier Quality Engineer within our Manufacturing & Operations Practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring supplier quality excellence across aerospace and manufacturing projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement robust quality management systems to enhance supplier performance.####
** Your role*
* • Implementing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and guarantee the quality of supplier activities on aircraft assembly sites, providing data-driven insights to drive decision-making  
• Leading problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, and Lean Six Sigma to enhance the performance of supplier activities  
• Managing and controlling costs of cabin parts repairs through rigorous analysis and liability determination, collaborating with finance teams to ensure cost-effective solutions  
• Conducting comprehensive supplier evaluations, audits, and developing corrective action plans to address quality issues and prevent recurrence  
• Performing root cause analysis for complex quality issues related to supplier activities, implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence  
• Supporting autonomous cross-collaboration within your team and across departments, promoting collective learning and development to drive quality excellence  
• Traveling to supplier sites and manufacturing facilities as needed to conduct audits, resolve issues, and build strong supplier relationships (travel required)#### Must have

* Minimum of five years of relevant experience in supplier quality management
