Remote Technical Project Manager

• Manage and ensure the timely completion of technical or operational projects, from planning to execution
• Establish technical requirements, define project deliverables, and communicate risks
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies and procedures
• Provide technical advice to staff and other departments while overseeing related work
• Prepare and deliver performance status communications to all levels of management

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor’s degree
• At least 12 years of related experience in the Department of Energy
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a Cat II Nuclear Facility
• Documented experience with Devon Way/Ideagen
• Proven ability to perform management assessments and causal analysis

• Prior experience supporting D&D, environmental restoration, and 413.3B construction projects
• Experience developing and nurturing effective high-level internal and external customer relationships
• Documented experience in tracking and trending of Performance Assurance data
• Strong leadership skills in organizing and monitoring team efforts to completion
