Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

• Develop, maintain, and manage a portfolio of transportation clients
• Manage transportation projects, including negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets, and directing project teams
• Lead business development efforts such as proposal writing, attending industry events, and strengthening client relationships
• Build and retain a high-performing transportation team to support growth initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, and project team members
• Collaborate with internal project managers and engineers to ensure successful project completion
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (U.S.
  
  -accredited university)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in WisDOT and local government transportation engineering
• At least 2 years of project management and business development experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin required
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Applicable U.S.
  
  -based work experience
