Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager for Large & Special Projects, you’ll lead significant and complex projects, partnering with the world’s top technology companies on their Data Centers. Your engagement will begin in early planning and continue through construction. Your role will be crucial in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing these high-impact projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and technicality.
You’ll work with senior leaders and experts, assembling top engineering and technical teams to drive project success. You will have autonomy and the responsibility to make choices in the best interests of our people, our clients, the project, and the firm. You’ll mentor project managers and technical teams. You’ll have ultimate project P&L responsibility as well as the rewards that go with it.
You’ll create best practices and processes to help us deliver increasingly complicated projects as we grow. Your efforts will help develop the infrastructure that powers the digital operations of major tech firms, impacting billions of users worldwide.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities are described in the job description: lead and manage large-scale engineering design projects for data centers, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensure quality and technical standards are met, and mentor teams.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, or business
12 years of experience in the consulting industry
10 years of experience in leadership or management
Ability to plan, execute, schedule, monitor, control, and close a project
