NuGenesis LMS Specialist Job Description
The NuGenesis Temp will be responsible for completing high-quality documentation for the NuGenesis LIMS/ELN system. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, end users, vendors, and other stakeholders to collect relevant information and ensure documentation adheres to company standards.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with subject matter experts, end users, vendors, and other stakeholders to collect relevant information.
- Review and analyze historical cases and investigations.
- Independently write, edit, and format documents with adherence to company standards.
- Perform root cause analysis when required and complete investigations following good documentation practices.
- Understand adverse trends or unusual patterns and elevate when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand language.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical writing experience.
- Root cause analysis proficiency.
- Investigative skills in a GxP regulated setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as English, Communications, or Technical Writing, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting an LMS/ELN system or equivalent system.
- 2+ years of experience in a GxP regulated setting.
Fully remote or hybrid flexibility available, with a preference for on‑site work if desired. The position operates during the 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, offering a possibility of extension.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Durham, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
