Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments, respecting customer availability, and resolving customer needs while generating service revenue.
- Participate as a regional work‑team member to improve processes, identify training gaps, and increase overall capability and capacity. May require qualification in multiple modalities and learning new tools.
- Complete all administrative duties in compliance with Philips, state, and federal regulations, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCO), preventative maintenance (PM), installation documents, and service documentation.
- Triage and resolve customer and system problems in a timely and effective manner, completing PMs, FCOs, installations, and other related tasks (diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems).
- Travel approximately 70% of the time; average driving time 1–4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air or train may be required.
- 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries. Experience with diagnostic X‑ray, cath labs, and/or image‑guided therapy equipment preferred.
- Strong understanding and application of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, with knowledge of all necessary tools and test equipment.
- Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements met with or without accommodation.
- Work in an office/home office or hospital/healthcare environment as required; work flexible hours (overtime, weekends, on‑call rotations); safely work with radiation sources or radioactive materials and wear required personal protective equipment.
Approximately 70% travel across the specified geography. Average daily driving time 1–4 hours. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly pay range for this position in WI: $27.76 to $44.42, plus overtime eligible. This role also includes field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on‑call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. This is a field role. For office‑based teams, employees are expected to work in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customer’s or supplier’s locations.
