Teamcenter Consultant
Swoosh Technologies is looking for a dynamic remote-based Teamcenter Consultant to join our growing team. The Teamcenter Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and updating Teamcenter PLM software for clients. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
This position will work with our customers and prospects to gather requirements, architect and implement Siemens software solutions, provide technical sales support for software demonstrations, and address software issues and questions for users.
Role and Responsibilities- Identify and recommend solutions to aid engineering data management by utilizing Siemens software solutions like Teamcenter.
- Customize and configure Teamcenter software to meet client’s needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter software.
- Conduct end-user instructor-led training to customers based on Siemens software solutions.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes.
- Provide professional services after the sale – including installation support, customer training, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, a similar technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting, configuring, and administration of Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong working knowledge of CAD and ECAD integrations with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Experience supporting applications and systems in production and test environments, preferably for a software development or manufacturing company.
- The ability to support critical system incidents after hours and provide full support to resolution.
