Senior Electrical Engineer – Mission-Critical Projects | Collaborative Engineering Team

We are a well-established, Mid-Sized MEP consulting practice located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, known for delivering innovative engineering solutions across the U.S. for more than 20+ years. Recognized for our technical excellence and strong client relationships, we are excited to announce that we are in growth mode!

Specifically, over the past 2 years alone, we've grown our team by 40% and are continuing to have this growth in 2026 with multiple upcoming fully funded, mission-critical projects. Specifically, we are recognized for our work in the Aviation and Data Center space, but also have our hands in a multitude of large-scale Commercial projects in other industries (Amusement Parks, Educational, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, to name a few).

Outside of this, we also handle the occasional Industrial & Government projects as well. In terms of size, our projects range from renovation to new build with costs anywhere from $10M-300M+.

• Leading electrical design for complex commercial facilities
• Developing conceptual designs, construction drawings, specifications, and energy models
• Coordinating with mechanical, plumbing, and other design disciplines
• Communicating with clients to understand project goals and provide technical guidance
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and schedules

• At least 5-7+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
• PE license (or working towards obtaining this)
• Experience designing electrical systems and coordinating with multiple disciplines
• Ability to manage client expectations, lead design efforts, and guide technical direction
• Strongly preferred but not required - Revit or AutoCAD Exp.
